Dear colleagues!
I congratulate you on Russian Science Day! This wonderful celebration highlights the vital role scientists play in societal development and brings together all those who dedicate their lives to the noble and challenging work of serving science. Throughout history, scientific research has been the driving force behind technological progress and an essential component in ensuring the country's economic sovereignty.
Russia is a great scientific nation; it has gifted the world many outstanding scientists who made groundbreaking discoveries and significantly influenced the development of various fields of knowledge, shaping the modern world. We are rightfully proud of the colossal legacy of the Russian scientific school and aspire to be worthy successors to its glorious academic traditions.
Preserving the continuity of generations, the Financial University actively develops scientific activity, creates new formats and trends, and pays special attention to training skilled researchers and nurturing talented young scientists—students and postgraduates. It is gratifying to note that more than 20 scientific schools currently operate successfully within our university. They actively support the implementation of socially significant projects of a federal scale and help achieve national development goals. The research activities of our scientists are both fundamental and applied and cover key areas of social, economic, technological, and humanitarian development of the country. As a result of this multifaceted scientific work, we publish annually over 100 monographs, 250 textbooks, and 2,000 scientific articles.
I am convinced that the vast intellectual and professional potential of our faculty and students will lead to new high achievements and serve as a catalyst for scientific discoveries.
