At the Faculty of Law, training in the scientific program “Public Law (State Law) Science” is carried out according to the concentration “Financial Law”. Financial law is the foundation of the state’s economy. The legal regulation of relations in this area as well as scientifically based approaches to solving the problems of the science of financial law, guarantees the stability of the economy. When implementing the educational program, appropriate learning technologies are provided for each academic discipline, which allow achieving the planned learning outcomes. Interactive learning allows one to monitor continuously the learning progress throughout the whole period of study.
Within the framework of this discipline students study key theoretical approaches, concepts and scientific schools in the field of financial law.
PhD students study the problems of philosophical understanding of science as a whole and the specifics of the problems of individual branches of scientific knowledge.
The discipline “Theory and Methodology of Teaching” is a mandatory discipline for all areas of training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in postgraduate studies in the curricula of the Financial University. Its main goal is to enlighten postgraduate students on theoretical issues of psychology and pedagogy of higher education, on teaching methods at the university level, the use of various forms and methods of teaching, control and organization of independent work of students.
