In the new nomenclature of scientific specialties in Russia there are only 5 legal sciences, and the first in the list is Theory and History of Legal Science, i.e. just our focus. And this is not accidental, because the doctrinal understanding of modern trends in the development of digital technologies, artificial intelligence technologies, changes in the structure of the mechanism of the state, the legal system, the legal system at the present stage of development of the digital economy with mandatory basing on national and foreign historical experience of the development of public and state-legal institutions is a fundamental task for the further development of all countries of the world.
The discipline is dedicated to the key approaches, concepts, and scientific schools in the field of theory and history of state and law.
PhD students study the problems of philosophical understanding of science as a whole and the specifics of the problems of individual branches of scientific knowledge.
The discipline “Theory and Methodology of Teaching” is a mandatory discipline for all areas of training of scientific and pedagogical personnel in postgraduate studies in the curricula of the Financial University. Its main goal is to enlighten postgraduate students on theoretical issues of psychology and pedagogy of higher education, on teaching methods at the university level, the use of various forms and methods of teaching, control and organization of independent work of students.
