Program description

The past years have shown us the importance of being able to quickly restructure a business. A crisis is both a danger and a new opportunity for any company. Skillfully implemented organizational changes and timely restructuring can make a company a market leader, but all this requires the right specialists.

This program aims to teach young professionals to manage their own business or supervise processes in the company as a hired manager, level out various negative effects, find points of future growth, and move one step ahead of competitors. Students develop the ability to navigate quickly, understand what changes can be made in a particular organization, and manage problem assets.

The program trains managers and other specialists in the field of anti-crisis and corporate governance, in the field of business restructuring, specialists in the field of MA, arbitration managers, etc. Graduates of the program can also develop as a business consultant or open their own company. Among the promising jobs of graduates are consulting companies, banks, law centers, large advertising agencies and other companies providing B2B consulting services.
