The program provides training for graduates with in-depth knowledge of current practical legal problems of entrepreneurial, commercial, and corporate law, necessary for lawyers in their professional activities. The program is adapted to meet the requirements of employers – corporate organizations. It is focused on training lawyers who can provide legal support of business activities to corporate organizations, including legal advising and legal expertise of corporate documents, participate in pre-trial settlement of disputes, organize judicial protection, research, and teaching activities in business and corporate law.

“Legal Support of Business Operations (Corporate Lawyer)” is an author’s program that provides training for graduates with in-depth knowledge of current practical legal problems of entrepreneurial, commercial and corporate law, necessary for lawyers in their professional activities. The master’s program considers specific features of activities performed by a corporate lawyer, including legal support of various types of company activities, as well as the conclusion of contracts.
The program focuses on issues related to corporate securities, the development of statutory and local documents of the organization, convening and holding general meetings of corporate participants, etc.
The Legal Clinic “Legal Support Center” operates under the Department of Legal Regulation of Economic Activity within the framework of the non-governmental legal aid system. The Center’s activities are aimed at forming practical skills among students of legal concentrations, and promotes adaptation through the provision of legal assistance under the guidance of practicing lawyers and teachers-curators of the Center.
