The Faculty of Finance is recruiting for the scientific and educational master’s degree program “State Financial Control, Management and Audit in the Digital Economy” as part of the signed Protocol of Intent and Cooperation Roadmap with the University of MSU-PPI in Shenzhen (China) for the purposes of scientific, educational and cultural relations.
MSU-PPI is the first Russian-Chinese university created to implement the strategic partnership between Russia and China. The key task of the joint educational project is recognized as the training of modern personnel in Russia and China based on the best educational programs designed to effectively participate in the implementation of economic projects of the two countries in the Asia-Pacific region, in the cultural dialogue development and strengthening mutual understanding between the people of Russia and China.

The master’s degree program is implemented in cooperation with the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation, the Federal Treasury, the Control Accounts Chamber of Moscow, the Main Control Directorate of Moscow and other state authorities.
In cooperation, students can continue their studies at the University of MSU-PPI with double-degree diplomas – Russian and Chinese (diplomas of the FinU and of the University of MSU-PPI in Shenzhen). Tuition is paid separately in accordance with the cost set by the host university.
The discipline is aimed at studying the audit of the Sustainable Development Goals, practical skills for the formation of a strategic approach to public audit to support national priorities by providing recommendations to public authorities responsible for the Sustainable Development Goals’ implementation, and promoting their effective, transparent, and informative activities.
The discipline covers audit efficiency, methodology and tools for its implementation, modern rules, methods, and procedures for auditing the effectiveness of public resources’ use.
The discipline is aimed at the theoretical, organizational, and methodological knowledge formation and practical skills of the financial control institutional structure (environment), tax control, customs control, currency control, state financial control, independent financial control (audit), banking, insurance supervision and supervision in the field of financial markets.
The discipline is aimed at developing professional skills for a comprehensive study of the organizations’ financial and operational activities, their financial condition, as well as the compliance assessment with the corporate governance procedures set out in internal documents with the requirements of regulatory legal acts.
The discipline is aimed at the professional skills’ formation for the compliance assessment organization by an economic entity with regulatory legal requirements in the environmental protection, and the recommendations’ preparation on environmental activities.
Discipline covers theoretical knowledge, professional and practical skills in the analysis and evaluation of current business processes of an economic entity through the personnel-oriented approach.
The discipline covers tax audit of economic entities, the relevance of the tax accounting organization, the tax reporting reliability, compliance with the tax legislation provisions. The study of the discipline is focused on getting students to work under continuous legislation reform in taxes and the taxation mechanism.
The discipline provides students with theoretical knowledge and practice-oriented skills in auditing state and international investment projects implemented by external state control bodies.
The discipline is aimed at the theoretical knowledge formation, professional competence, and practical skills in external quality control of audit organizations, auditors.
