The program trains highly qualified specialists of the state and municipal service and specialized institutions with modern competencies that allow them to implement state policy in social sphere management aimed at creating economic conditions for social assistance, social insurance and social security of citizens, the pension system development and ensuring a flexible, effectively functioning labor market, improving the workforce quality, labor resources’ mobility and motivation to work.
Students of the program are trained how to effectively use modern methods and public administration tools to solve complex professional tasks of forming, managing, and implementing strategies, projects, programs in social sphere management at the federal, regional and municipal levels and monitoring their implementation.
