The program aims to train highly qualified personnel in the field of political consulting and strategic analysis based on modern scientific achievements in the field of political analysis, applied knowledge in the framework of big data analytics, virtual cognitive science, modeling and forecasting of political processes using digital markers.
The course involves the development of skills in building models and probabilistic forecasts of the public spheres’ development based on virtual environment markers.
The discipline is aimed at mastering by future specialists the basic principles and technologies of expert and analytical work commissioned by public authorities and representatives of the commercial sphere.
The discipline allows you to get a systematic understanding of the key features of politics’ digitalization: electronic democracy, online voting, open government, etc.
The course develops modern instrumental psychodiagnostics skills for solving problems in political analysis and consulting.
