Welcome to the program “State and Business Lawyer”. The master’s program is aimed at training lawyers who can provide legal support for public and private corporations, state and municipal authorities and who are engaged in legal consulting in Russian and international firms. In the course of training, our graduate students master civil law, private international law, and intellectual property law. They become highly qualified legal practitioners capable of carrying out professional activities in public and private companies and international organizations. We approach each student individually in the educational process.

The discipline allows students to study legal aspects of the paid provision of services by business entities, as well as the specifics of the provision of public services.
The discipline is devoted to legal regulation of transactions in the provision of services by credit and insurance organizations, leasing companies, and professional participants in the securities market.
Within the framework of this discipline, taking into account the latest changes in legislation in the relevant field, students develop skills to protect the interests of creditors in the bankruptcy case of legal entities and citizens.
The discipline is aimed at studying the theory and practice of inheritance of certain types of property (residential premises, land plots, corporate rights, etc.)
The discipline allows students to gain knowledge and skills in the field of intellectual property rights protection in the context of the transition to the digital economy.
Our alumni can work as lawyers, notaries, lawyers in the state and municipal service, in state corporations, in the banking system, in law enforcement agencies (prosecutor’s office, courts of general jurisdiction and arbitration courts), in research commissions of the State Duma, in research institutes and universities.
The FinU Department of Legal Regulation of Economic Activity cooperates with the Moscow Regional Court, the Arbitration Court of the Moscow Region, the Federal Antimonopoly Service of Russia, the Joint-Stock Commercial Savings Bank of the Russian Federation, JS Commercial Bank “Moscow Industrial Bank”, the OJSC Bank “Vozrozhdenie”, VTB Bank, the Territorial Administration of the Federal Agency for State Property Management in the Moscow Region, representative office of JSC Geodis Calberson Finland.
During the training, students acquire knowledge of a universal nature concerning the convergence of private and public law regulation of relations in the field of civil turnover, ways of legal behavior of market participants, including the specifics of participation in civil turnover of public entities.

Lawyers with practical experience in the field of protecting the property interests of the state and business are involved in the educational process.
The subject of the master’s dissertation is chosen taking into account the student’s scientific interests and the direction of their practical activity.
