The program is aimed at training professionals who possess the methodology and tools of applied issues in the field of corporate finance for developing and implementing of financial strategies of corporate-type companies in the context of the global transformation of financial markets and the transition to the digital economy.
Interactive educational technologies are widely applied in the process of studying the mandatory disciplines of the program: research projects in the classroom format, business simulators, a corporate finance workshop at the BLOOMBERG International Financial Laboratory, working with the SPARK database (Interfax project), etc. Studying the functionality and information bank of BLOOMBERG with the possibility of obtaining a certificate.

The program is aimed at training professionals with the expertise in the financial sector who can generalize and analyze large quantities of data, calculate, and forecast financial indicators, assess the value of various property objects (assets and businesses) using information technology, and make informed financial decisions aimed at digital transformation of business and ensuring the growth of the company's value in the conditions of digitalization of the economy.
