Program description

The program is designed to train highly qualified IT specialists in the field of economics and finance who have system thinking, professional competencies in the field of design, development, implementation, operation and adaptation of information systems for the digital economy.

Students will learn the complex use of advanced development tools, including the 1C: Enterprise platform, database management systems, languages and platforms for data mining, the Internet of Things, solving problems of creating modern information systems for automation and digitalization of business. Training in this program gives you the opportunity to become a broad-profile specialist who has received fundamental knowledge in the field of computer science and economics. The main purpose of such a specialist is the creation and implementation of professionally oriented information systems and information technologies.

Design of Information Systems

The purpose of the discipline is to acquire knowledge on the theoretical foundations of the organization and functioning of information systems, knowledge about the methods of designing information systems, acquisition of practical skills in designing information systems.

After studying this discipline, you will be able to develop conceptual IP projects and their applications, manage IP implementation projects based on the best existing world practices.


Modern Programming Technologies

This discipline is a fundamental course in programming in the modern object-oriented Java language, a high-level Python programming language. As part of this course, not only programming skills are formed, but also knowledge about key data structures and algorithms is laid.

This discipline will allow you keep up with modern programming trends.


Banking Information Systems

The purpose of the discipline is the formation of a theoretical knowledge base and practical skills necessary to work with specialized banking programs and technologies, the study of banking information systems’ development and the use of digital technologies in credit institutions, the formation of banking information systems’ architecture, digital transformation of banks and the financial sector as a whole. This discipline will allow you to study the banking IS work and will provide an opportunity to assess the huge potential of the banking IT market in the digital economy.


Accounting Information Systems

This discipline studies accounting from the perspective of IT specialists engaged in automation and digitalization of company management. Accounting is considered as an information model describing the functioning of a company as an economic entity. This discipline will make it easy to navigate in business economics of the company. This will give you an undeniable advantage in the field of enterprise software development.


Development of Business Applications on the 1C Company

The discipline is aimed to acquire theoretical knowledge and practical skills in creating corporate systems and web services using 1C technologies and web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).


Enterprise Architecture and IT Infrastructure

The course deals with the development and use of enterprise information technology architecture. The concept of Enterprise Architecture, which includes aspects such as Business Architecture, Information Architecture, Application Systems Architecture and Technological Architecture, is a way to combine and synchronize the functional and business needs of organizations with the capabilities of information technology.

IT Project Management and Standards for Complex Implementations

The discipline is dedicated to form students’ managerial worldview based on the study of methodology and standards, analysis of international practice and modern tools in the field of IT project management. The course discusses the methodology of information systems’ implementation, the composition and content of the work performed, the methodological foundations of the implementation project management. The technology of product creation is described in several implementation standards developed by leading suppliers of information technologies and systems.
