Program description

The online undergraduate program “Personnel Management” is implemented taking into account the requirements of the professional standards “HR Specialist” and “Recruitment Specialist (Recruiter)”.

The main partner of the program is the international company ANCHOR, the alma mater of the CIS HR industry, which provides business services in the field of recruitment, outsourcing, and consulting.

Modern teaching methods, techniques and technologies are used in the educational process.   • Take part in organizing and conducting events for the development, remuneration, and evaluation of personnel.

  • Offer solutions to problems in the field of HR management taking into account changing external and internal conditions.

Fundamentals of Personnel Policy and Personnel Planning

A systematic understanding of the fundamentals of the personnel policy of organizations; the system of qualitative and quantitative indicators of personnel planning; directions for improving personnel planning in organizations.

Motivation, Incentives and Remuneration

Basic principles of motivating and stimulating employees, organization of remuneration of employees; skills to assess the effectiveness of the system of material and non-material incentives in the organization.

Employee Evaluation

Students learn about technologies and methods of evaluating the activities of specialists. The discipline creates the basis for the successful solution of professional tasks for their effective implementation.

Recruitment and Adaptation of Personnel

Students study the features of personnel selection and adaptation in the company’s personnel management system, learn about modern effective methods of personnel selection and adaptation, and obtain practical skills in the field of personnel selection and adaptation in the organization.

Staff Training and Development

Forms the basis of students’ professional experience in the field of personnel management through the assimilation of a system of knowledge about technologies and methods of developing and training specialists.

Labor Market Regulation

Forms students’ holistic understanding of the theory and practice of labor market regulation, its role in solving strategic and tactical tasks in various spheres of the economy.

Personnel Security

During the course of studying this discipline, students will master classical and modern approaches to organizing the company’s personnel security system, as well as acquire the necessary skills to ensure security in the organization at all stages of working with personnel.

Basics of HR Analytics

The purpose of the discipline is to master the skills of analyzing labor indicators and personnel management processes in organizations and using various sources of information for conducting scientific research, skills of complex analysis and audit of the personnel management system, personnel processes, and the personnel potential of the organization.

Building an Organization’s HR Brand

The discipline is aimed at forming a comprehensive understanding of the methods of building successful practices and external and internal HR branding, its goals and tools.
