Our students receive training in state and municipal finance and public procurement, learn to develop strategies and make management decisions at the state and municipal levels, and design organizational structures.
The program is aimed at training highly qualified and in-demand personnel from state authorities of different levels to carry out professional activities in the positions of the state civil service of the Russian Federation, municipal service, as well as in administrative positions in state and municipal organizations.
The discipline will allow you to learn how to develop and evaluate the consequences of socially significant decisions in the field of public administration.
The discipline reveals the structure of the modern social market economy as an object of state regulation. It will allow you to master the methodology of developing, monitoring, and evaluating state programs of socio-economic development.
You will learn about the formation of budgets and the budgetary system of the Russian Federation and obtain skills in analyzing indicators of budgets and the budgetary system of the Russian Federation.
You will find out how the system of state and local (municipal) government was formed and developed.
You will study the fundamentals of theories and concepts of management in a market economy, taking into account historical experience. You will also obtain skills in working with statistical information and applying effective management models in practice.
The discipline allows you to reveal the main ways and directions of developing and assessing the consequences of socially significant decisions in the field of public administration.
Our graduates are employed by federal state authorities, state authorities of the subjects of the Russian Federation, local self-government bodies, state and public organizations. They work as managers, assistants (advisers), specialists, or providing specialists in accordance with the registers of positions of the state civil service of the Russian Federation.
This program is implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Industry and Trade of the Russian Federation, the Federal Treasury, and the Institute of Regional Studies. Representatives of scientific schools, authors of textbooks, textbooks and monographs, experts with significant experience in state and municipal bodies participate in implementing the program.
Our graduates carry out professional activities in federal executive authorities (Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Ministry of Industry and Trade, Ministry of Finance, Federal Treasury, Federal Agency for Scientific Organizations, etc.), public authorities of Moscow and the Moscow Region, public authorities of other subjects of the Russian Federation, local governments, state and municipal organizations.
Students undergo internships in the Federal Treasury, the Administration of the Governor of the Moscow Region and the Government of Moscow, the Gokhran, etc.
Within the framework of the program, active research is conducted in the areas of modernizing state and municipal administration, reforming the state and municipal service, searching for problems and ways to develop effective regional governance.
