About the department

The Department of Legal Regulation of Economic Activities is part of the Faculty of Law of the FinU, formed as a result of the University reorganization on July 1, 2020.

Mission of the Department

The relevance of lawyers in modern difficult economic conditions is actualized only with competencies to adapt to any changes in the labor market. The symbiosis of the disciplines of “classical jurisprudence” implemented by the Department and unique disciplines provides a wide choice of future professions, allowing young specialists to successfully solve problems related to career growth.

The Department provides high quality of education in accordance with Federal State educational standards and independently established educational standards of higher education of FinU.

The educational process is provided with work programs and methodological support tools approved in accordance with the educational standards of the FinU.

The educational process is regularly developed through both foreign and Russian best practices, new educational technologies, students’ participation in conferences, round tables and other active intellectual events that contribute to the development of Soft Skills, etc.

The Department promotes the development of Russian juridical science through the active and systematic publication of the research results in the field of legal regulation of economic activity
