Our mission is to become the center of educational competences in the field of management and application of information technology in the conditions of digital transformation.

The main activities of the Department

• To integrate into the educational space of Russia and gain leading positions in the field of business informatics
• To develop the faculty’s potential both by attracting young and ambitious teachers and scientists who are working in the field of management of information technology and information resources in business;
• To involve in the educational process practicing specialists in the development, management and implementation of IT, whose knowledge and experience will guarantee the formation of professional competencies among students
• To internationalize educational programs in the direction of Business Informatics by implementing academic mobility programs and double degree programs with leading European universities
• To prepare and publish educational and methodical articles at the leading Russian publishing houses
• To integrate educational resources and technologies with branches of the Financial University
• To implement research and consulting projects
