The Center for Innovative Educational and Linguistic Innovative Strategies was established on the basis of the Order of the Rector of the FinU dated May 28, 2013 ¹ 992/O. Since July 1, 2016 the Center has joined the Department of English and Professional Communication as an independent structural unit.
The main objective of the Center is to develop the communicative skills of students necessary for academic and professional activities in a foreign language, as well as the formation and improvement of the professional skills of students from the point of view of the internationalization of higher education, the development of academic and professional mobility in the process of continuing professional self-improvement.
Our Center employs only highly qualified faculty members who attend monthly seminars and various workshops to improve their skills. Also, many of our teachers are in demand as lecturers in various faculties of the FinU.
The mission of the Center for Innovative Educational and Linguistic Innovative Strategies is to provide students with a high quality and highly intelligent product that contributes to the improvement of their linguistic, sociolinguistic, sociocultural, intercultural, discursive, and social skills, based on the implementation of effective modern educational technologies. This is why we constantly develop our teachers.
The Center faculty members create a learning environment that makes teaching and learning interesting. All aspects of the educational process are focused on an individual approach to the student for the highest quality achievement of the tasks assigned to him.
The educational mission of the Center is to develop and implement modern effective educational programs based on scientific and methodological innovative technologies in teaching foreign languages and Russian as a foreign language.
Our faculty members are experts not only in teaching students, but also in methodological aspects, which allows us to conduct various courses and webinars for teachers. For example: The professional retraining program “Modern Pedagogical Technologies of Teaching Foreign Languages in Early Development (3-7 years)”, the professional training program “Pedagogical Innovations in Distance Learning of a Foreign Language”.
The scientific and methodological mission of the Center for Innovative Educational and Linguistic Innovative Strategies is aimed at formation and development of modern scientific knowledge in linguistics, strengthening of interdisciplinary links and creation of integrated scientific and methodological programs.
