By applicants of all programs:

1. Passport;
2. Translation of passport data certified by a notary public;
3. Education certificate;
4. Translation of the education certificate certified by a notary public.

For applicants enrolled to programs offered in face-to-face mode (in addition to those listed above):

1. Medical certificate (form 0-86-u) (valid during 6 months after the date of issue)

2. HIV/AIDS certificate (valid during 3  months after the date of issue)
