On May 14, 2021, representatives of the Embassy of Uzbekistan to the Russian Federation and the Asia Invest Bank paid an official visit to the Financial University.
Trade and Economic Adviser of the Embassy of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the Russian Federation Shokhrukh Gulamov and First Secretary for Investment and Financial Cooperation Ulugbek Aripov participated in the event.
Chairman of the Management Board Sardorbek Usmanbekov and Deputy Head of the Department for Development and Project Activity Shakhnoza Turaev joined the meeting on behalf of the Asia Invest Bank.
Asia Invest Bank (JSC) is the only financial agent of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the territory of the Russian Federation to provide export/import turnover, protect economic interests of trade partners of the countries, including the reliability of settlements in foreign trade operations.
The purpose of the visit is to attract new employees to the Bank by increasing the influx of young people studying and graduating from higher educational institutions in Russia and Uzbekistan.
Rector Prof. Mikhail Eskindarov and Vice-Rector for International Cooperation Alexander Linnikov greeted the guests and elaborated on the main activities of the Financial University.
In the course of the meeting, the parties discussed a number of issues related to trilateral cooperation, including effective interaction and possibilities of internships and employment of students in the Asia Invest Bank.
Moreover, the delegation met with students from the Republic of Uzbekistan studying at the Financial University. Shokhrukh Gulamov told the students about the forthcoming national holidays and state events, inviting them to take an active part in preparing and organising events, while Sardorbek Usmanbekov elaborated on the possibility for well-motivated and successful applicants to get an internship or a job in the organisation.
At the end of the negotiations, the parties underlined the main areas for further interaction and expressed mutual interest in the constructive development of such cooperation.
