On April 5, 2021, the FinU International Cooperation Department and the Faculty of Information Technology and Big Data Analysis held an online meeting with the representatives of the Lovely Professional University (Phagwara, India) with the aim of developing fruitful and mutually beneficial cooperation. Information technology was outlined as a priority area for cooperation.
Head of the Department for International Cooperation Lilia Prikhodko and Dean of the Faculty of Information Technology and Big Data Analysis Vladimir Solovyov along with Deputy Head of the Department for International Cooperation Alexey Sereda and Chief Specialist of the Department for International Cooperation Marina Kryuchkova participated in the meeting on behalf of the Financial University.
Deputy Director of the Division of International Affairs at the Lovely Professional University Supriya Mathew welcomed the participants on behalf of the Lovely Professional University.
The management of the Lovely Professional University expressed great interest in collaborating with the Faculty of Information Technology and Big Data Analysis of the Financial University. During the event, the parties discussed the possibility of participating in projects of Google Lab and the world’s leading IT companies as well as in research seminars.
At the end of the meeting, the parties identified key areas for cooperation, including academic exchange programs and modern scientific research in the field of IT.
