December 5, 2020, International Students and Faculty Department organised an online meeting with FinU students from the Socialist Republic of Vietnam.
The staff discussed with the students a number of difficulties they faced during their studies and stay in the Russian Federation, specifically visa and migration issues and living in the residence hall during the pandemic.
During the meeting, new Vietnamese students also met with the staff from the International Student and Visiting Professor Department.
In addition, there was organised an election to the Delegation of Vietnamese Students at the Financial University. The following members were re-elected: Vu Dieu Hoa (Faculty of Social Sciences and Mass Communications, senior year student), Nguyen Thi Hai Van (Faculty Higher School of Management, freshman) and Pham Hoang Dyong (Faculty Higher School of Management, 1st year MA student).
In total, more than 30 Vietnamese students attended the meeting.
