The Rectorate, the faculty, and students are deeply saddened by the sudden death of Financial University Professor Olga Alekseevna Shirokova.
Professor Shirokova worked at the Pre-University Training Faculty since December 1, 2019. She worked at the Department of General Theoretical Disciplines and gave lectures on drawing and history for foreign students.
Olga Alekseevna, as a graduate of the Moscow State V. I. Lenin Pedagogical Institute, was a vivid example of devotion to the profession — education and upbringing of young people. As a highly qualified specialist she generously shared her knowledge and experience with young teachers. She was able to get along with foreign audiences and create a creative and friendly atmosphere in the class.
Olga Alekseevna will be remembered as a person of high professionalism, vitality and optimism.
