Financial University was one of the organisers of the XVIII Annual All-Russian Conference "Integration of Russian Universities into the World Educational and Scientific Space, Taking into Account Regional Peculiarities".
The XVIII Annual All-Russian Conference "Prospects and Possibilities of Forming the System of Expert-Analytical Support for International Activities of Russian Universities" took place on September 18-20, 2020.
The Conference is one of the leading events in the field of generalising and disseminating the best practices of international activities by Russian universities.
The following thematic sections events were organised online:
1. The Olympiad for Foreign School Graduates by the Association of Technical Universities;
2. Digital technologies in managing international cooperation of Russian universities;
3. Linguistic and cultural aspects of adaptation and integration of international migration.
On behalf of the Financial University, Deputy Vice-Rector for International Cooperation Andrey Rementsov took part in the XVIII Annual All-Russian Conference.
September 19, within the thematic section "Features of Managing International Activities of Russian Universities in Modern Conditions", Andrey Rementsov made an online presentation on "Education of Foreign Citizens in Russian Higher School: Problems and Prospects”.
September 20, he also joined the round table discussion on "The Needs of Foreign Countries in Developing Educational, Scientific and Technological Cooperation with Universities of Russia", during which he spoke about linguistic, academic and sociocultural adaptation of foreign students at the Financial University.
The fact that the Financial University was included to the list of the organisers is an acknowledgement of the university’s experience in international scientific and educational cooperation, as well as in organising activities that foster this cooperation.
