Dear FinU students, teachers, and employees!
I sincerely want to congratulate you on Knowledge Day! September 1 is a solemn and significant day for the entire academic community. It gives a new start to scientific and creative projects and inspires new professional achievements.
I am very happy that the epidemiological situation will finally allow students to return to their classrooms and to the halls of the Financial University. And the life of many students will again go back to normal. We are beginning a new academic year and, of course, we warmly welcome our freshmen. These students are real heroes, because with their hard work and in this extreme situation, they were able to prepare and pass the most difficult and responsible exams for each school graduate. I cannot hide, I am very pleased that many of these talented young people have chosen Financial University for their further studies and have become part of our large and cohesive university community.
Dear freshmen, I am convinced that you will never regret your choice, become highly-qualified professionals and glorify the name of your Alma mater with your high achievements. Let your student years, despite all the difficult circumstances, be bright, interesting, and certainly bring you real and loyal friends.
Undoubtedly, the pandemic has made a serious adjustment to the normal course of university life. But I would like to emphasise that the staff, faculty and students of the Financial University have withstood perfectly all the challenges and demonstrated the highest degree of responsibility and professionalism.
