Business game "Leadership in Real Life and Professional Activities" took place for FinU foreign students on June 3rd. The game was organised by Professor Irina Firsova, PhD, and Associate Professor Svetlana Azarova, PhD, within the framework of the summer camp.
During the first stage of the game, each participant presented their vision of leadership as well as their experience. Further, in the second stage of the game, moderators of the event held a discussion in groups. The participants considered leadership qualities of famous personalities chosen by themselves — Ivan Urgant and Mikhail Prokhorov. Two teams made a presentation on the following leadership qualities: ambition, diligence, responsibility, use of resources, strategic vision, and etc.
