However, in this epidemiological situation, it is obvious that some students cannot go back due to travel bans. All students will stay in the halls of residence until the travel ban or studies are over.

Financial University values its employees and students, cares about them and clearly will not leave them in the current situation!

We once again once to stress that in order to prevent the spread of the coronoviral infection, Financial University temporarily switched to online studies starting from March 17, 2020.

Recommendations:

It is highly recommended not to leave the territory of the Russian Federation until the subsequent instructions.

If you leave the country during the online classes period:

1. You will not have access to the Financial University, including the hall of residence;

2. Upon arrival, you will be forced to undergo a medical check-up and will be directed to forced isolation in a medical institution in Moscow, or self-isolation within 14 days;

3. In order to access the university and check-in to the hall of residence, you will be required to provide a medical document confirming the absence of diseases, including Coronaviral infection (COVID-19);

4. All expenses for the medical check-up and care for the period of isolation will be covered by the student.

When you enter the country, you will face the problem of getting a residence registration due to the closed access to the Financial University and the need for a 14-day quarantine.

We would like to stress that classes are not cancelled. You are not on your spring break, and studies continue online.
