On June 30, 2024, FinU gathered alumni of bachelor's and master's programs for a solemn event - "Graduation 2024. Everything is Possible Together". Almost 7 thousand people celebrated the end of their studies in one of the largest concert halls in Moscow - VK Studium. In total, 13 thousand young specialists left the walls of the FinU for the world of big careers, almost a quarter of them - more than 3 thousand alumni - received diplomas with honors.
"You have achieved the most important goal in life and received diplomas of higher and secondary education. I wish you success in your career and I am sure that you will dignifiedly carry the high title of an alumnus of the FinU and appreciate the fact that you are part of a large University family," Stanislav Prokofiev, Rector of the FinU, addressed the alumni.
Stanislav Prokofiev wished the alumni to improve their knowledge and be able to apply it in practice, to become not only highly qualified specialists, but also individuals - to treat people with respect and understanding, to maintain honesty and decency, and to be faithful to their university and their country. In conclusion, the Rector of the FinU thanked the administration and faculty of the University.
As part of the solemn event, Stanislav Prokofiev handed over symbolic diplomas to the best alumni of faculties and colleges of the FinU. The official part of the graduation ceremony ended with the performance of the University anthem.
The main theme of the event was the unique atmosphere of academic fraternity and cooperation that unites alumni, students and faculty of the FinU. The idea of synergy was also supported by the concert program, which included creative performances by various collectives and studios of the University. The University's Drum Ensemble, the FinMuse vocal ensemble, the Frappe choreography studio, the Liberté pop and modern dance studio, the choir, and the FinU activists performed for the alumni.
During the holiday, an alumni interview area was set up, where young professionals shared their impressions of their studies and their emotions at the moment of saying goodbye to the University in real time. The graduation party ended with lively dancing to everyone's favorite music. The headliner of the main graduation ceremony was singer and musician Akmal'.
