On 19 June the strategic session "Digital Age of Business and Law" of the XV International IT Forum with BRICS and SCO Participation took place.
Representatives of the Ministry of Economic Development, the Bank of Russia, the Federal Economic Ombudsman and the Financial University under the Government of Russia took part in the strategic workshop "Digital Age of Business and Law".
The platform was moderated by Irina Kask, ombudswoman for the protection of business rights in Ugra, and Elena Avakyan, vice-president of the Federal Chamber of Lawyers of the Russian Federation. Special guests will be Jamshid Urunov, Commissioner for Protection of Rights and Legitimate Interests of Entrepreneurs under the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and Maya Man, CEO of SHANGHAI MANYA Industry of China.
Mikhail Petrichenko, Director of the Institute of Financial Education, gave a presentation on digital national currencies and cryptocurrencies. The issues of digital transformation of financial markets, the digital ruble (its correlation with the usual ruble mass with cryptocurrency transactions), crowdfunding platforms, digital financial support for platform financial management were touched upon.
Special attention was paid to the competitiveness of Russian payment sovereignty, digital ruble and investment platforms, and the improvement of control and supervisory activities.
Experts discussed issues of promising business support, including digital assistants from the world of AI. The panelists noted that despite the potential of these technologies, many factors need to be taken into account for their successful implementation, including technical capabilities, business needs and legislation.
The discussion also touched on the digitalisation of control and supervision. The innovations for companies include the mobile application "Inspector" and the revision of the inspector's personal account on the Gosuslugi portal.
