On June 3, 2024 the FinU will launch a large-scale educational project to improve the skills of the employees of the Pension and Social Insurance Fund of the Russian Federation - the Social Fund of Russia. In total, it is planned to train more than 6 thousand specialists of the SFR during the year.

"The Social Fund of Russia is the largest economic and social institution represented in all regions of our country, which plays a significant role in the implementation of national development goals and support for the citizens of the country.  It is a great honor and responsibility for the FinU to be the sole provider of educational content for the employees of the Fund. Traditionally, FinU pays great attention to the quality and relevance of educational programs, so I am sure that our cooperation will be productive and will help specialists to acquire the most relevant knowledge and skills," said Stanislav Prokofiev, Rector of the FinU, at a meeting dedicated to cooperation between the University and the Fund.

In her turn, Elena Savchenko, Deputy Chairman of the Russian Social Fund, noted the long-standing partnership between the Social Fund and the FinU and emphasized the key role of the University in training highly qualified personnel for the industry. 

Elena Savchenko said that within the framework of cooperation it is planned to implement 15 educational programs in the field of information technology, management, anti-corruption and other important spheres of activity of the Russian Social Fund, 9 of which will begin in June. The Deputy Chairman of the Russian Social Fund paid special attention to the Master of Public Administration program, which will train the employees of the Russian Social Fund, who will be included in the reserve for higher management positions. 

Elena Didenko, the Vice Rector for Continuing Education of the FinU, presented to the participants of the event the project of organizing educational activities at the University for training of personnel of the Russian Social Fund system, once again emphasized the importance of cooperation and expressed confidence that the FinU experts will contribute to improving the efficiency of social support to citizens.

The event was also attended by Grigory Ostapenko, the Deputy Rector for Digitalization of the FinU, deans of faculties, heads of departments and structural divisions of continuing education.
