On June 5, 2024, Stanislav Prokofiev, Rector of the FinU, took part in the award ceremony for the leaders of ECG ranking, which took place on the sidelines of the XXVII St. Petersburg International Economic Forum.
Dmitry Gusev, Chairman of the Board of Sovcombank PJSC, received the award "For Contribution to the Achievement of National Goals", Stanislav Prokofiev said, "It is a great honor and a great responsibility for the FinU to participate in the creation, development and promotion of the ECG ranking. I am particularly pleased that Sovcombank, which is a leader in the field of customer service, is the first among the laureates".
Igor Shchegolev, Presidential Plenipotentiary Envoy to the Central Federal District of the Russian Federation, and Alexander Stuglev, Chief Executive Officer, Director of Roscongress Foundation, addressed the guests and participants of the award ceremony. They emphasized the special importance of the ranking’s demographic component in the winners’ selection.
The ECG ranking reflects the contribution of business to the achievement of national development goals of the country, based on a comprehensive assessment of the level of reliability, social and environmental responsibility. The ECG ranking was first introduced in the Central Federal District in 2022. In 2023, the project received federal status. This year, the ranking has already covered 7 million participants - from individual entrepreneurs to the largest companies in the country, becoming the most comprehensive in the world. Since February 1, 2024, the ECG ranking has been recognized as the national standard for assessing the business reputation of Russian companies.
The awarding of the ECG ranking leaders took place for the first time at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum. The best companies were recognized for their contribution to the achievement of the country's national development goals. Six groups of companies received a commemorative certificate and a unique bust of D.I. Mendeleev cast by Kaslin: Delo, EN+, SKB Kontur, Federal Cargo Company, Sovcombank and Lukoil.
