The International Cooperation Department informs about the start of accepting applications for participation in the competition for a scholarship from the Government of Vietnam for study, internship and advanced training at Vietnamese universities in the 2024/2025 academic year. Scholarship tuition is provided only in Vietnamese.
Russian citizens who study full-time in educational programs of higher education with state accreditation, or training programs for faculty in graduate school, or who are teachers of the Vietnamese language of Russian organizations engaged in educational activities in educational programs of higher education, are allowed to participate in the competition.
The collection of documents for the Russian and Vietnamese sides is carried out by the federal State Budgetary Institution "Center for the Development of Education and International Activities (Interobrazovanie)" at the e-mail address: mobility@ined.ru .
