On April 3, 2024, representatives of the delegation of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation, together with the leadership of the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Hanoi, as a sign of deep respect for the history of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, laid wreaths at the Memorial to Fallen Heroes and the Ho Chi Minh  Mausoleum, the first president of the country, an outstanding statesman and politician who laid the foundation for Russian–Vietnamese relations and he made a significant contribution to their development.

90 years ago, in 1934, Ho Chi Minh personally established the tradition of higher professional education in our country, becoming the first Vietnamese student in Soviet Russia. Having been educated in the USSR, the leader came to the conclusion that it was necessary to train national personnel for Vietnam in the Soviet Union.

The visit of the FinU delegation to Vietnam convincingly demonstrates the continuity of close ties between Vietnam and Russia in the scientific and educational sphere
