On February 20, 2024, the presentation of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation “Training of the personnel reserve of the Federal State Civil Service on the example of the project of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation to attract young specialists to the civil service “Intern of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation” took place at the site of Russia EXPO.
Among the speakers of the event there were Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Ayrat Rinatovich Gatiyatov, Adviser to the Head of the Federal Agency for Youth Affairs Egor Vasilyevich Litvinenko, Vice-Rector for Strategy and Work with GR of the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation Dmitry Alexandrovich Semenov.
Deputy Chairman of the Government of the Republic of Dagestan Muslim Pashaevich Telyakavov and representatives of Kazan Federal University joined via video conference call.
The event was attended by over 50 students of the FinU, as well as Irina Mukhadinovna Okhtova, Director of the Directorate of Employment, Career Development and Work with Alumni, and Svetlana Vladimirovna Epishina, Deputy Head of the Department of Employment and Career Development.
Deputy of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia Ayrat Rinatovich Gatiyatov spoke about the main results of the first project season, noting the great interest of FinU students in the project, and the launch of the second season.
Dmitry Alexandrovich Semenov emphasized the main advantages of the project, such as the opportunity to gain valuable work experience in education and science under the guidance of leading experts and practitioners, enrollment in the personnel reserve of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia with the possibility of subsequent employment in the federal state civil service.
According to the results of the first season, more than 1,800 alumni of educational organizations in Moscow took part in the project “Intern of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation", of which 14 people became federal state civil servants, and 22 project participants were included in the personnel reserve of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation.
The second season of the pilot project of personnel training for public administration in the field of science and higher education “Intern of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia” started on January 10, 2024.
In the second season, alumni of 2020-2024 studying in educational institutions are invited to participate in the project:

Voronezh Region

Novosibirsk region

Republic of Dagestan

As part of the second season of the project, interns can participate in various professional events, workshops, business games and training. Interns will work on solving urgent tasks and problems in education and science, contributing to the development of the industry.
The best participants will be included in the personnel reserve of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation and will be recommended for employment in government agencies in science and higher education.
