Schedule of Issuing Bank Cards to Freshmen

Bank cards will be issued in September 2023 in accordance with the schedule.

Bank cards are issued only for bachelor’s, master’s degree and college students of the 1st year of full-time state-funded education.

The University will transfer scholarships, financial assistance and other payments to the accounts linked to these bank cards.

! TO GET A CARD, YOU MUST HAVE WITH YOU

• (for residents - citizens of the Russian Federation) passport of the Russian Federation
• (for non-residents - non-citizens of the Russian Federation) foreign passport, notarized translation of passport, registration, migration card. (If the validity period of the migration card is not relevant, then additionally one of the following documents: a visa, a patent with an actual validity period and documents confirming its payment, a work permit for a highly qualified specialist).
