On August 24, 2023, the leaders of the First Ranking of Russian Financial and Economic Universities in terms of the demand for their alumni in banks and financial companies were announced in Moscow as part of the XIII annual award ceremony in the field of innovations and achievements of the financial industry FINAWARD`23.
FinU was ranked first, and its alumni are rightfully recognized as the best among the best according to the HR-s of the largest Russian banks.
On behalf of the University, the Vice-Rector for Educational and Methodological Work Ekaterina Kameneva, who represented FinU at the festive event, was awarded with the certificate of the ranking’s winner.
The first ranking of financial and economic universities of Russia in terms of demand in the financial industry is an assessment of how successful the alumni are in a profile career and business and their demand among employers in the financial market. When forming the ranking, the preferences of financial organizations were taken into account when hiring candidates for education. The initial survey, on the basis of which the integral ranking was compiled, was conducted in more than 20 banks and insurance companies in Russia. The final rating includes 24 Russian universities — 10 Moscow and 14 regional ones.
