On July 18-20, 2023, the III stage of the All-Russian Anti-Corruption Forum of Financial and Economic Bodies took place in Ufa. The Forum was organized by the Federal Treasury and the Government of the Republic of Bashkortostan. The event brought together more than 500 representatives of federal executive authorities, executive authorities of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation, the banking and corporate sector, and higher education institutions. During the plenary session devoted to the formation of an effective anti-corruption system, the participants reviewed a large number of accumulated positive practices. The discussion was moderated by Deputy Head of the Federal Treasury Alexander Mikhailik. Pavel Seleznev, Dean of the Faculty of International Economic Relations of the FinU, presented our University at the Forum as a speaker of the plenary session and moderator of the panel discussion "Anti-Corruption Compliance". As part of the event's business program, sessions held on regional and corporate methods of combating corruption, anti-corruption behavior, as well as virtual assets and digital transformation as a tool for combating corruption. During the Forum, the organizers conducted cyber studies for students to practice practical actions to ensure information security in conditions of targeted computer attacks for information security specialists – "CyberPolygon". Based on the results of the discussion platform, proposals will be formed for the development of anti-corruption mechanisms, improving the anti-corruption culture and setting a vector for further development in the anti-corruption policy.
