As part of the Summer University project, the Summer School program " Russia under World Order Transformation" was opened at the FinU on July 13, 2023, for students from the partner university ‒ Jilin University (China).
The participants of the program were welcomed by the Head of the International Cooperation Department Lilia Prikhodko. Addressing the guests, she noted that the FinU traditionally pays great attention to cooperation with leading universities in China and on behalf of the administration expressed readiness to provide guests with comprehensive support.
Lilia Prikhodko told the listeners of the program about the main directions of the FinU’s work and presented the Summer School program, emphasizing the breadth of its educational opportunities. The project addresses issues of economics, politics, history and culture.
The grand opening of the program was also attended by faculty and curators of the Summer School. They noted the project’s importance for the formation and maintenance of international relations in science and education.
During the first day of the Summer School, the program participants visited the FinU Museum, the exposition of which introduces visitors to the history of the monetary and financial system of Russia, and also appreciated the work of the Moscow metro - the most beautiful in the world.
As part of the Summer School’s cultural program, guests from China will visit the main sights of Moscow, such as the Alexandrovskaya Sloboda – the residence of Ivan the Terrible and see the beauty of our Northern capital.
