On June 7, 2023, the RAEX rating agency (RAEX-Analytics) published the results of an reputable research project – the XII annual ranking of the best universities in Russia “RAEX-100”.

FinU has confirmed its position as one of the leaders of Russian education and science, taking 12th place among the best universities in our country (in 2022 awarded 14th)!

When assessing the education quality (proportion 50%), the groups of indicators “Teaching level”, “International integration”, “Resource availability” and “Demand among applicants” were considered.

To assess the demand for university alumni by employers (proportion 30%), groups of indicators “Cooperation with employers” and “Quality of alumni’s careers” were analyzed.

The level of university research activity (proportion 20%) was determined based on the groups of indicators “Research potential”, “Scientific achievements” and “Research infrastructure”. In total, 42 complex indicators are used in the ranking.

The RAEX-100 rating of the best Russian universities is one of the most reputable domestic educational rankings, in demand both among the academic community and among applicants. The universities’ ranking was carried out on the basis of data on the university activities for 2022 provided by universities, scientometric publication indicators and their citations were also used according to foreign databases and RSCI and data from such open sources as the websites of student Olympiads, issuing companies, Information and Computing Center of the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of Russia, Internet data providers, aggregators of online courses, platforms web analytics, media monitoring and analysis systems and social media SCAN-Interfax and the results of expert communities’ members’ reputational surveys – with representatives of academic and scientific circles, employers, students and alumni (total voting data of more than 120.0 thousand respondents of these target groups were used).
