Elena Didenko, Vice-Rector for Continuing Education, presented the experience and capabilities of the FinU in training personnel for new subjects of the Russian Federation.

On May 25, 2023, a conference was held in the State Duma on the regulatory framework harmonization of the Donetsk People’s Republic, the Luhansk People’s Republic, the Zaporozhye Region, the Kherson Region in accordance with the Russian legislation in regional policy and the local self-government organization. The conference was organized by the State Duma Committee on Regional Policy and Local Self-Government.

The conference purpose is the integration of new subjects of the Russian Federation into the economic, financial and legal systems of the Russian Federation, into the system of state authorities of the Russian Federation.

The event was attended by deputies of the State Duma, senators of the Russian Federation - representatives from the executive bodies of state power of the Russian Federation’s new subjects, deputies of legislative assemblies of the new subjects of the Russian Federation, representatives of federal ministries and departments, public organizations and others.

The conference was attended by the Vice-Rector for Continuing Education of the FinU Elena Didenko, who made a report on “Topical Issues of Personnel Training for Public Authorities”.

In her report, Elena Didenko shared the FinU’s successful experience in implementing the professional retraining program “Training of Management Teams of the Republic of Crimea” in 2020-2021, as part of which 818 state and municipal employees of the Republic of Crimea were trained.

Elena Didenko informed the conference participants about the readiness of the FinU to continue training state and municipal employees of the new subjects of the Russian Federation both remotely and directly in the new territories to integrate the new subjects of the Russian Federation into the system of state authorities of the Russian Federation as soon as possible and to form the state civil service in the new subjects of the Russian Federation.

FinU has prepared academic programs on the professions in demand in the labor market for various categories of citizens, including for the participants of the special military operation and their family members. Also, the FinU is ready to organize training on the basis of 27 branches in all federal districts. ​​
