On May 25, 2023, Stanislav Prokofiev, FinU Rector, and Ekaterina Kameneva, Vice-Rector for Educational and Methodological Work of the FinU, visited Kadyrov Chechen State University. During the working visit, a solemn ceremony of signing an agreement on cooperation between universities took place.

The interaction of the parties will cover a range of areas: joint work is planned to improve the quality and relevance of education, the implementation of scientific, practical and research projects, as well as the development of innovative activities of universities.

Stanislav Prokofiev emphasized that the cooperation will contribute to strengthening cooperation in training specialists and academic exchanges.

“I’d like to say that the very fact of signing the agreement is an act of great respect for the Akhmat-Hadji Kadyrov Chechen State University, an authoritative university not only in our country, but also abroad. It is very important that today we have signed not only a cooperation agreement, but also a roadmap – a concrete action plan,” the FinU Rector added.

Agreements were reached on three areas of cooperation: the network form of the academic programs’ implementation in two areas of the master’s degree with double-degree diplomas, the implementation of joint research projects as part of the WAYCARBON carbon landfill program and the Priority 2030 program. The students’ academic mobility and the faculty’s internship were also discussed.

In turn, the Rector of the Kadyrov ChSU, Zaurbek Saidov, noted that the partnership with the FinU will open up new educational and research opportunities for students.

Also, during the visit to the Kadyrov ChSU, the Rector of the FinU delivered an open lecture “Military Money, an Instrument of Economic Confrontation” for students, faculty and staff of the University and told about the role played by money in the history of the two world wars.
