So, for the natural science sphere and engineering directions, the percentage of the group of indicators “Science” is 35%, while for the social and humanitarian spheres - 25% (indicators of scientific activity – citations, publications, research budgets, etc. – in natural sciences are significantly higher than in socio-humanitarian directions). The indicators’ percentage of the “Education” group for the natural sciences and engineering areas was 40%, while for the social and humanitarian spheres – 50%. The weight of the indicators of the third group, “Society”, in both cases is 25%.
