By 2024, FinU sets itself the task of becoming a Moscow university with the highest degree of places’  provision in residence halls and continues to implement infrastructure projects aimed at creating comfortable conditions for students to live and study.

On May 3, 2023, the Rector of the FinU Stanislav Prokofiev inspected the construction of a new University residence hall, located near the metro station “Voykovskaya”, on the 3rd Radiator Street. The twelve-storey building with an area of 7.9 thousand square meters was erected using advanced technologies, and modern design solutions will be used in the design of residential premises, classrooms and coworking spaces. Already in September, by the beginning of the academic year, more than 300 FinU students will stay in a new residence hall.

Also, as part of the working trip, the Rector visited the 3rd building of the University’s residence hall on Kerch Street, where large-scale repairs are being carried out, and talked with students living in the neighboring building.

Today, the complex of FinU residence halls in Moscow includes 9 modern campuses, which are located near metro stations or near academic buildings. 5 thousand students live in them. According to the University policy, all residence halls are equipped at the level of the best world standards and meet the strictest security requirements. ​
