“This is the first agreement with an educational institution since the establishment of the Social Fund,” said the Chairman of the SFR Sergey Chirkov at the signing ceremony of the joint document. “We are pleased to partner with the FinU as the flagship of specialized education, since one of the urgent tasks is to train our employees and search for new personnel.” Many employees of the Pension Fund, which has now become part of the SFR, have already completed professional training at the FinU. The long history of cooperation will continue.
During the interaction, FinU and the Social Fund will join forces for educational and scientific work aimed at improving social security. Students will have the opportunity to practice at the foundation, and postgraduates and doctoral students will receive support from the SFR in research on social topics. It is also planned to hold seminars, conferences and practical classes on pension provision.
The agreement also assumes that FinU will form project groups to study the Russian social system. The Social Fund, in turn, will participate in the educational and scientific activities of the FinU, including in the joint development and implementation of educational programs of higher and continuing education.
During the meeting, the parties also discussed the prospects for significant social projects’ implementation in educational and educational work with students.
