On April 28, 2023, an open digital lesson was held at the FinU under the guidance of the CyberHab Sports Club and Center.
Director of the Cyberhab Center G.A. Ivanov and Deputy Director of the Sports Club S.M. Gavrilov were the organizers of this event.
The lesson consisted of three parts.
In the first part, listeners watched live broadcasts from studios in the cities of Kaliningrad, Sochi, St. Petersburg, Vladivostok, where well-known speakers talked about the origin and implementation of a new format sports tournament – the Games of the Future, and about the upcoming series of events within 300 days before the start of international competitions.
In the second part of the lesson, they talked about the creation and prospects of digital sports, about its role and influence on classical sports, about new digital disciplines and large-scale plans for holding the main international multisport tournament “Games of the Future”.
In the third part, the students tested the Phygital discipline - BEAT SABER, which will be presented at the tournament in Kazan.
Over 30 students took part in the event.
In the final part of the open lesson, the creation of the PHYGITAL Student Club of the FinU was announced, which will be engaged in the professional preparation of students for competitions, as well as the promotion of this sport among students.
