On March 27, 2023, the general reporting and election meeting of the Union of Financiers of Russia members was held at the FinU. The meeting participants – representatives of state authorities and the banking sector – summed up the results of the annual work, and also outlined current areas of activity for 2023.
Stanislav Prokofiev, FinU Rector addressed the meeting participants with a welcoming speech.
“FinU and the Union of Financiers of Russia have been linked by many years of fruitful cooperation. I am sure that it will continue in the future,” the Rector said.
Stanislav Prokofiev also noted that many urgent and important tasks have been exposed to the regional financiers and expressed confidence that relevant solutions to current issues will be found as part of expert discussion and exchange of experience.
In accordance with the meeting agenda, the expert discussion participants considered issues of inter-budgetary regulation and treasury payments features.
During the event, Deputy Finance Minister of Russia Alexey Lavrov presented awards to the winners and laureates of the tenth anniversary All-Russian Contest “Financial Start” for the title of “Best in the Profession” in the nomination “Best Young Financier”.
