On December 30, 2022, a meeting with the heads of the University’s branches was held at the FinU, dedicated to the work results of the FinU branch network for 2022 and plans for 2023.

Andrey Omelchuk, Deputy Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation, and Roman Artyukhin, Head of the Federal Treasury of Russia, were the guests of honor at the meeting.

 

The meeting was attended by Vice-Rector for Strategy and Work with Authorities Dmitry Semenov, Vice-Rector for Academic and Methodological Work Ekaterina Kameneva, Vice-Rector for Economic and Financial Work Sergey Kuzmin, Director of the Directorate for Control over the Branches’ Activities and Development Natalia Yudina, Director of FinU Branches. 

 

The participants were welcomed by Stanislav Prokofiev, Rector of the FinU. “Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation is not only one of the five largest universities in the country, but is also a leading university in terms of the quality of branch network development. I hope that it will develop in the future,” the Rector said.

 

Summing up the work results of the FinU branch network, Stanislav Prokofiev spoke about the implemented projects, noted the importance of organizing interaction between branches and specialized departments of the Moscow FinU, the internship system and targeted postgraduate studies. The Rector also noted how important the branches’ Board of Directors’ work is, which coordinates the interaction of the university and branches.
