On December 24, 2022, Stanislav Prokofiev, Rector of the FinU, and Alexander Ryzhinsky, Rector of the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music, signed a cooperation agreement.
As part of cooperation between universities, it is planned to implement joint projects in educational, scientific and creative activities in order to improve the quality of education and the formation of cultural ties.
The cooperation provides for the launch of new educational programs, the organization of academic exchange, internship programs, specialized seminars and conferences, as well as creative workshops, competitions and festivals.
The meeting program was continued by the anniversary concert “Jazz for Christmas”, i.e. People’s Artists of Russia Anatoly Kroll, Daniil Kramer, Igor Butman, Boris Frumkin, as well as alumni and students of the Gnesin Russian Academy of Music performed for the guests.
