On November 9-11, 2022, FinU held professional and public accreditation of the bachelor’s degree program “World Economy and International Business” in the concentration 38.03.01 Economics.
The external quality assessment of the educational program was carried out by the Professional Qualifications Development Fund – the expert and methodological center for ensuring the activities of the Council for Professional Qualifications of Trade, Foreign Trade and for Certain Types of Entrepreneurial and economic activities of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.
The expert commission got acquainted with the classrooms, the Library and Information complex, the coworking space of the FinU. At the meeting with the Faculty and Department administration, they discussed the educational program implementation, studied the educational and methodological documentation.
At a meeting with students, faculty, alumni, employers and partners of the FinU, the expert commission asked questions about the students’ practical training, employment, the choice of practice bases and a future employer.
Employers and program partners noted the high training level of our alumni, fundamental knowledge, supplemented by modern practice-oriented activities in the field of investment, insurance, lending, and effective communication in the intercultural business space.
Experts noted the students’ high level of training, communication with partners and employers.
Professional and public accreditation confirmed the high quality of the educational program and its full compliance with the professional standard “Specialist in Foreign Economic Activity”.
