On October 20-21, 2022, the XIII International Scientific Conference “Problems of Modern Economics and Institutional Theory – 2022” was held in the Concert Hall, organized by the Financial University under the Government of the Russian Federation together with the International Association of Institutional Research, Market Economy RAS, Journal of Institutional Studies.
The conference was devoted to professional discussion of scientific results obtained as part of institutional economic research, as well as strengthening the connection between institutionalism supporters in Russia and other countries.
The work of the Plenary session was headed by Prof. Valery Tsvetkov, Head of the Department of Economic Theory, Corresponding Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, Doctor of Economics.
The moderator was Prof. Sergey Tolkachev, First Deputy Head of the Department of Economic Theory, Doctor of Economics.
As part of the conference, breakout sessions were held on the following issues:
institutional economic theory;
methodology and key problems;
power relations in the economy;
institutional aspects of state economy management.
The conference was attended by representatives of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, as well as of Donetsk, Kaliningrad, Kemerovo (Kuzbass) Novosibirsk, Rostov Oblast; Krasnodar and Krasnoyarsk Krai.
