On October 19, 2022, FinU will host an open lecture by Daniil Egorov, Head of the Federal Tax Service.

The key points of Daniil Egorov’s presentation on the topic of “Directions and Prospects for the Tax Administration Development in Russia” will be focused on the priority areas of development based on modern principles of interaction with taxpayers. First of all, it is the follow-up of the interactive services’ development to improve the quality and comfort for taxpayers, reduce paper document management, customers’ extraterritorial coverage, and contactless services.

Particular attention will be paid to the transition to a client-centric model which is actively implemented in the tax authorities at the present time as part of the federal project. One of the most important factors in the functioning of this model is the collection and comprehensive objective analysis of feedback from taxpayers. It is also of great importance for the tax authorities to understand the business processes taking place in companies and enterprises, the current needs and user experience of taxpayers. High-quality interaction between the tax service and the ecosystem of taxpayers will allow to build the process of tax administration with the lowest costs for both parties.
