On July 8, 2022, FinU hosted the opening of the additional training program “Summer School of Russian Language and Culture” for foreign students.

At the opening of the program, long-awaited Summer School students from the city of Kosice arrived.

The Slovak friends were greeted by Ekaterina Kameneva, Vice-Rector for Academic and Methodological Work, Anatoly Kislyakov, Deputy Vice-Rector for Educational and Social Work, and Lilia Prikhodko, Head of the International Cooperation Department. This important event was attended by faculty who will teach classes in the group, as well as Nina Kozlovtseva, Deputy Head of the Department of Foreign Languages and Intercultural Communication, who has previously taught students online.

Three weeks of our friends’ stay in the Russian capital are ahead. The Department of International Cooperation has prepared an educational program for them with visits to historical sites of Moscow, which is getting more beautiful every day. New projects implemented in the city give an opportunity to learn a lot of interesting things from history, art, literature, traditions.

We wish our friends success and fine weather to see with their own eyes as many sights of Moscow as possible!
